Every one of these looks quiet on the surface. Below it there’s a queue, a pipeline, or an admin panel I built rather than bought.
02 — Platform & Media Pipeline
Vision Wings Marketing
A marketing site with a self-built admin panel and a containerised video transcoding pipeline behind it.
- Built a custom MP4 → WebM transcoding pipeline: uploads are queued through BullMQ on Redis, processed in Docker containers, and coordinated with Upstash — so encoding never blocks a request
- Designed and built the admin panel from scratch rather than bolting on a CMS, so the team publishes without touching a developer
- Implemented technical SEO end to end and reached a 100 SEO score

Ayurvedic commerce platform with inventory workflows and a self-built admin dashboard.

I build websites, AI-powered business tools, and automation systems for startups and small businesses — usually as the only engineer, from infrastructure to interface.
The client work you'll see below looks restrained on purpose. Small businesses buy outcomes, not interfaces. What they pay for sits underneath: transcoding pipelines, job queues, self-built admin panels, and SEO that actually scores.
I'm also finishing an M.Com in Marketing at Banaras Hindu University, which is why I tend to argue about conversion and crawl budget as much as architecture.
